How to place an order?

To place your orders, you can send us a chat through our website, email us at info@ladymagdalene.com.au or even give us a text message at +61475 099 607 and we will send you a quote.
How do I make payments?

We accept payments through Bank Transfer, PayPal or Pay ID with a 50% non - refundable deposit to secure the order. Final outstanding payments need to be transferred two days before the delivery of order.
How much notice to place an order?

Our notice period is 1 week in advance, excluding wedding cakes or bigger catering orders that would need a month. We are not a big scale business, we would need your understanding to let us know earlier.
Do you cater for any dietary requirements such as Gluten Free, Nut Free, Dairy Free items?

We cater for GF, Nut Free and Dairy Free.
Do you do delivery?

We do delivery within Melbourne for free if the orders are above $75.00, if less then $75.00 there is a fee of $25.00.
What are your opening hours?

We do not have a shop front , we are open from Monday - Friday (7am to 3pm), Saturday (8am to 2pm), Sunday Closed.
